Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, it’s not currently possible for you to change or cancel an existing order yourself on our website.

However, if you would like us to cancel OR make any amendments to an order that hasn’t yet started, please email us and we will be happy to do this for you:

You will need to email us within 2 days of order or project started. We would keep 35% of payment as our order or project setup cost, and refund rest.
